You will be warmly welcomed at Redwood Health Therapies. The initial session with me will be an assessment. This is to confirm that your needs will be met by my theoretical approach and that we can form a relationship.

I believe every person is an individual and has the capacity to fully realise their unique potential.

Counselling is a confidential, co-operative activity, in which I will offer a commitment to you, whilst giving you the freedom to find your own way forward.

I offer both short term, one to one counselling or an open ended, longer term commitment. In your initial session we will look at which will be most appropriate for you.
