Hello, My name is Pauline Hughes, I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor in Winchester, registered with the BACP. I have a Counselling Practice in Winchester at Redwood Health Therapies

I am a Registered, BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor. This title reflects my experience and qualifications.  I also Supervise trainee counsellors.

 

I have been a practicing counsellor for fourteen years.  Initially I was a counsellor with the Youth Service in Winchester.  Now I am an independent counsellor and prefer one to one counselling.

 

I have lived in a number of different countries.  This experience helps me to understand different cultures and a variety of ways of being.

 

My aim is to create a safe, warm, confidential space in which you will feel enabled to explore how you feel and find your own way forward. Helping you to go on a  journey of self discovery, to grow and to achieve your potential.
